SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition

Graphics: 9/10
Wonderful wonderful graphics. Nicely detailed down to to the cars and Sims. The terrain is beautiful and fully customizable during God Mode. The only issue is that in order to enjoy these graphics without extreme lag you need a good computer. Lots of memory, a good processor, and a <32 mg video card/chipset and your good to go.

Sounds: 10/10
Sounds are awesome. Car crashes, pedestrian screams, pipes dripping, meteors, and everything in between. Even a nice set of music, including the ability to insert your own music if you don't like the set provided.

Game play: 8/10
At first the game is hard to catch hold of. It can be a little overwhelming, even if you have played previous Simcity games. Once you learn to play though, it provides endless enjoyment. You can't really "beat" the game. You decide when you think your city is perfect, and even then there are probably changes to be made. Plus, city advisers are there to help with any issues you may have, or your city may be experiencing. Add Rush Hour, and the game is even better, with the ability to drive around your own city in various vehicles, ranging from buses to tanks to UFOs! This game is a must for any simulation gamer.

Re-playability: 8/10
It all depends on whether you want to continue. Sometimes, you do really good on a city and just want to take a break. Or other times, a city turns out badly and you want to try again. You can make a fresh region and make whole new cities and everything. This game can be replayed forever, it just depends on if YOU want to.

Rent/Buy:
Don't rent this. This is one of those games that if you rent it, you get really into it then are disappointed because you have to bring it back. Just buy it. Deluxe is now only 30-40 dollars w/o tax.

Overall: 9/10
A great game if your into this kind of thing and you have a good computer to handle it. Either way, it's worth trying out.
